Peer Mentoring
Our Peer Mentoring Programme is an exclusive series of breakfast meetings for sharing practical business expertise amongst senior managers from local science and high-tech companies. We have had great success with these sessions in the past and currently still have sessions running.
The programme is a great way to benefit from the knowledge and experiences of Oxfordshire's leading science and high-tech firms. A group of no more than 8 senior managers meets once a month over breakfast to discuss topics relevant to their businesses - from marketing to employment to partnerships. They talk about what works and what doesn't, sharing practical tips for success and highlighting things to avoid. Everything is done in confidence, and there are no sales pitches. The Oxford Trust facilitates the sessions and provides anonymised notes of the meetings.
We currently have sessions running and we are looking to expand upon what we have acheived. Please use the menu on the left to find out more about what Peer Mentoring could do for you and your business.
"I valued the opportunity to get together in a neutral environment to discuss common business problems with the leaders of other companies. The variety of companies, both in terms of size and domain, helps get a wider perspective and enabled me to step back from the problem to see a wider perspective. The topics covered were very relevant to most businesses and the meetings are well organised and conducted in a highly cooperative atmosphere".
