Centrally located, the complex is 4 minutes walk to the Coach Station and also to the Rail Station, and to the main shopping area, and is also very close to the Said Business School.
There are 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio apartments, available overnight, or for short-stay, or long-stay. Discounted tariffs are available for long-stay guests. A typical 2-bedroom apartment contains a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with twin-beds, a main bathroom, a sitting/dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a computer, fax/printer/scanner in every apartment, and broadband internet is available at £4 per 2 day stay. Every apartment has a television with 4 terrestrial channels, 4 satellite channels, and pay to view movies, both adult and blockbuster, which change fortnightly.
