| We define complex procurements as the purchase and supply of non-commodity products and services such as major capital intensive infrastructure, defense and outsourcing contracts. Examples of recent projects that have used AWARD are military command systems, a leisure center and an IT outsourcing contract. On the buy-side we help procurers evaluate bids from competing suppliers in order to make the best buying decision based on all the relevant criteria. On the sell-side we help bidders construct their submissions to best meet the needs of the potential buyer and thereby give them the best chance of securing the contract. These solutions are based on our AWARD suite of products and are backed up by a set of services delivered by consultants and trainers who have an in-depth knowledge and experience of procurement and supply best practice across a wide variety of markets. To date AWARD has supported the procurement projects of over US$20 billion in total value.
