Business Link is the primary route to publicly-funded business support in England and forms a crucial part of the UK government's campaign to promote enterprise and business growth. Working on behalf of SEEDA, the South East England Development Agency, ngage solutions limited delivers and promotes the Business Link service to SME organisations across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.

| The Business Link service exists to:
· help anyone who is thinking of starting a business. · help small and medium-sized businesses to grow · help those businesses to deal with problems, challenges and opportunities. Working to the high quality standards demanded of the Business Link brand, ngage provides information and advice to help customers make the most of their opportunities - fast-tracking customers to the expert help they need. This service approach, known as Information, Diagnostic & Brokerage (IDB), ensures SMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs receive free, impartial information and advice. Business Link encompasses a wide range of economic development services from business support to technical and growth mentoring; training and development to enterprise and innovation; strategic development to business planning and market intelligence. In 2007/08 ngage delivered Business Link's help to over 25,000 private companies, public companies, partnerships, sole traders, community interest companies, co-operatives or social enterprises as well as individuals thinking about setting up a business.
