The Oxford Trust has developed four activities which combine play and science. The activities are aimed at 5-12 year olds working in small groups with adult supervision. All the equipment and information needed to run one activity is contained in a box, which can be borrowed for a day or a week. There is a small charge, which also includes the cost of any consumables used. There may also be a charge for any damage to the equipment. Each box contains clear instructions showing how to use the activity successfully. The four boxes are:
Bubbles
A set of bubble challenges and a chance to make your own large bubble hoop. Click

Make an obstacle course for your marble so that it takes as long as possible to reach the bottom of a slope without stopping. Click

A chance to look at familiar objects such as tea bags, material and coffee through a microscope. Click
