Establishing successful team coaching interventions
Psychologists implementing coaching as an organizational intervention are increasingly demanding evidence based approaches to coaching programme design, delivery and evaluation. Evaluation of the impact of coaching has been challenging especially in team environments due to the complexity and difficulty of establishing linkages between the intervention used and perceived outcomes used as impact variables. This one day workshop will provide an overview of the main team coaching approaches being applied in organisations and illustrate how Sociomapping can be used to maximize team performance by providing coach, client and the team with a reliable toolkit for assessing and monitoring team dynamics before, during and after an organizational intervention such as coaching.
