Begbroke Innovation Centre
Begbroke Innovation Centre is located on the Oxford University Begbroke Science Park and is home to the North Oxfordshire Enterprise Hub. There are a number of technology focuses including; industrial materials and manufacturing, nanotechnology, aerospace and automotive and environmental technology. Researchers across the University are encouraged to set up their spin-out companies at Begbroke Innovation Centre. The Science Park is home to the Oxford University Department of Materials, a JEOL research centre as well as various university spin-out companies.

With just over 3,000 sq ft of office space, located on the ground floor and office sizes ranging from 110 sq ft up to 700 sq ft, Begbroke Innovation Centre is the smallest Innovation Centre managed by Oxford Innovation, providing a friendly environment for you to develop and grow your business. Being located on the Oxford University Begbroke Science Park allows companies within the Centre to access the knowledge and expertise of other businesses located on site.

Bicester Innovation Centre
Bicester Innovation Centre was opened in March 2002 and is part of the North Oxfordshire Enterprise Hub funded by SEEDA. With just over 9,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 93sq ft up to 1,308sq ft, bicester innovation centre can provide a home to up to 30 companies located over two floors. The centre has conference and meeting room facilities for up to 25 delegates and a break out area to create a relaxed environment.

Cherwell Innovation Centre
Cherwell innovation centre is located on the site of the former RAF Upper Heyford. Today, Heyford Park is a growing business location, with many of the former buildings, aircraft hangers and even the runway now being used by growing businesses The Innovation Centre occupies 2 buildings on site which were formerly accommodation blocks for servicemen. The centre was developed with support from the North Oxfordshire Consortium and Cherwell District Council and in November 2001 the second building was opened as a result of the initial success of the Centre. Cherwell Innovation Centre continues to grow and develop with its latest offering of the Diagnox Laboratory, a unique managed and equipped laboratory and office facility which opened in 2003. The Centre is home to a mix of technology and science based companies, who are attracted by the rural location close to major road links such as the A34 and the M40, along with the varied office and laboratory facilities.

Colin Sanders Innovation Centre
Colin sanders innovation centre was opened in 1999 and is named after Colin Sanders who founded Solid State Logic in 1969, and subsequently started a number of technology-based companies whilst being an active investor in several other high-growth start ups. A grant from the Souldern Trust, formed by Colin Sanders, was a key factor in establishing this centre. With just under 11,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 83sq ft up to 1,800 sq ft, Colin Sanders Innovation Centre can provide a home to up to 27 start-up and growing companies. The centre is located close to Banbury town centre and has on-site parking facilities, with conference and meeting rooms facilities for up to 50 delegates. The Centre is also home to an equipped Media Centre available for media, IT and creative businesses located within the Centre and available for hire by external organisations. Colin Sanders Innovation Centre is located in the town of Banbury, one of the best known towns in England due to the nursery rhyme ‘Ride a Cock Horse’. The Innovation Centre is situated near the town centre and the site of the infamous cross. Today Banbury is an expanding market and industrial town experiencing growth as a direct benefit of its proximity to the completed M40 motorway linking London to Birmingham via Oxford.

Culham Innovation Centre
Culham innovation centre was opened in 2000 as a result of a partnership between Oxford Innovation and UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority) Fusion and Industry, the centre is located on Culham Science Centre, 10 miles South-east of Oxford and 2 miles from the town of Abingdon. Abingdon is within easy reach of the A34, M40 and the M4. With over 11,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 119sq ft to a suited area of 1,334 sq ft, all located on the ground floor, Culham Innovation Centre can be home to up to 33 innovative start-up companies. A unique technical support package from UKAEA is available at no cost to all technology start-up companies within the Centre, providing them with access to a range of specialist skills and technologies that can directly assist their business. Culham Science Centre is a purpose-built laboratory for the UK Fusion programme, set up in 1960 on a former Fleet Air Arm Airfield, and occupying approximately 180 acres. Over recent years the site has expanded and diversified and in 1978 became the host to the European `flagship’ fusion project (JET).

Harwell Innovation Centre
Opened in 2000, harwell innovation centre is one of the largest centres managed by Oxford Innovation. With just over 25,000 sq ft of office space, and offices ranging from 107 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft, Harwell Innovation Centre has the facilities and infrastructure to support over 60 companies. The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, is home to the headquarters of UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority). The Campus is currently enjoying a vast amount of investment and publicity, which includes the recent opening of the Diamond Light Source the largest UK-funded scientific facility to be built for over 40 years. Located within a community of science and technology businesses, with excellent road and rail links Harwell Innovation Centre is easily accessible from most locations and will provide the ideal location for any start-up and growing business.

Magdalen Centre
The Magdalen Centre is part of the Oxford Science Park and is an incubator for early stage companies. Magdalen Centre South contains a variety of offices and laboratories from 150 sq ft upwards. Space within Magdalen Centre South is suitable for companies requiring up to approx. 2000 sq ft and is available on simple monthly licence agreements. Magdalen Centre North has larger office suites between 4800 sq ft and 6800 sq ft available on 1-3 year short form lease agreements. Also one wing of the building has been converted into laboratory suites suitable for companies requiring 2 - 6 person laboratory and office space with some shared laboratory services. These suites are available on one month licence agreements.

Oxford innovation provides a range of services for the knowledge based economy and to organisations interested in business growth, technology commercialisation and economic development. Oxford Innovation is the UK’s leading operator of Innovation Centres and runs Investment Networks that link investors with businesses seeking funding. The company also manages business support projects and specialises in partnerships with regional development agencies, government, universities and businesses. The Oxford Trust first established business incubation in Oxfordshire in 1985, Oxford Innovation being a daughter company of The Oxford Trust but no longer owned outright by them.

Abingdon Business Park
Located on the former MG works on Marcham Road, Abingdon Business Park is a prestigious development comprising of high quality office and business units, south west of Abingdon town centre. It has approximately 440,000 sq ft of mixed office and industrial warehouse accommodation. The park has three office buildings and two warehouses, one of which has 8 units and the other 30 ranging in size from 2,500 to 30,000 sq ft. Two plots are currently being built on; one will have 10 units ranging in size from 1,800 to 3,100 sq ft and available on virtual freehold or leasehold basis. Abingdon Science Park
The Abingdon Science Park is a well established business location that has attracted a number of national and international companies including R&D Systems Europe, Sophos, Penlon and Berkeley Homes. The park consists of 2 two storey pavillion buildings which provide a mixture of office, research & development and high tech. accommodation.

Begbroke Science Park
The Begbroke Science Park is a comparatively small site with just 5000m2 of operational space. This is in the process of being doubled by an active build programme which will provide an additional 4000m2 of research space and 1500m2 of innovation space (the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise). This build phase is due to complete early in 2006. The final phases of development will double all of this again leaving a final developed area of 22000m2.

Culham Science Centre
Culham Science Centre is home to UKAEA's plasma physics and fusion research laboratories as well as a number of associated businesses who have access to UKAEA\u2019s facilities and expertise. A number of offices and laboratories are available up to 3000 sq ft as well as industrial workshop/warehouse space, up to 5000 sq ft.

Harwell International Business Centre
This centre is for science and technology based businesses and is part of a wider campus of science projects and facilities such as the Diamond Synchrotron. Harwell has available land for companies to build their own buildings ranging from 500 sq m to 40,000 sqm as well as units and buildings (up to 50,000 sq ft) and industrial workshop space.

Milton Park
Milton Park is located at the Milton Interchange of the A34, just outside of Didcot. The Park hosts over 165 companies, over 45 of which are in the science sectors including pharmaceutical, biotech, electronics, IT and chemistry. The park has a total of 3,400,000 sq ft of business space and is available as small units from about 500 sq ft to whole floors and buildings. Any type of company from start up to fully established are welcome and the park is flexible to expansion and downsizing. Premises are available fully fitted or as a shell. The park also provides many facilities including a recruitment website and a breakfast networking club plus many local amenities.

Oxford Science Park
The Oxford Science Park is a joint venture between Magdalen College and Prudential and is a centre for science and technology businesses. The Park has 430,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space and current development will increase that to 700,000 sq ft. There are over 50 companies on the Park operating in a variety of industry sectors including the bioscience, computer, telecommunications and environmental science industries. The Park offers a variety of office and laboratory space from 150 sq ft to 55,000 sq ft and above. Lease terms vary from 1 month licence agreements to 15 year lease agreements dependent on the building.
